Throughout her career, she has helped organizations strengthen programs, develop evidence-informed policies, build partnerships, and navigate complex organizational and system-level challenges.
With extensive experience across the Nova Scotian and Canadian healthcare systems, Stephanie has led research, planning, evaluation, and engagement initiatives in areas including cancer care, mental health and addictions, primary healthcare, chronic disease management, and health promotion. She also brings experience working with provincial, municipal, and federal governments, community organizations, academic institutions, and community impact organizations.

Liam is a Consultant at RPI with experience supporting research, engagement, and evaluation projects across the public and community impact sectors. He works closely with clients to gather evidence and develop clear, practical recommendations that support informed decision-making.
Liam has contributed to projects focused on mental health services, autism services and supports, community pharmacy practice, family medicine, health promotion, child and youth advocacy centres, and legal capacity and decision-making. Through this work, he has collaborated with government departments, community organizations, academic institutions, and private-sector partners.

As an experienced trainer, facilitator, researcher and project manager, she combines deep scientific expertise with practical experience helping clients translate evidence, research and insights into effective business strategies that drive corporate objectives and patient outcomes.
With a graduate degree in Epidemiology and Community Health, specializing in research methodologies, statistics and data interpretation, Claudine brings a rigorous understanding of how evidence is generated, evaluated and applied to impactful commercial and scientific narratives that drive quality customer conversations.

Neil is a Senior Consultant at RPI and a UK-registered pharmacist with more than 15 years of international pharmaceutical and consulting experience across the UK, Canada and Australia. With a Master of Pharmacy from Aston University and expertise in global pharmaceutical regulations, including ABPI Final Signatory responsibilities and the EFPIA Code, Neil brings a strong understanding of the scientific, strategic and regulatory considerations that shape effective healthcare engagement.

Throughout his career, he has helped clients translate scientific evidence and market insights into strategies, communications and learning experiences that strengthen engagement across the product lifecycle.

Prior to joining RPI, Jean-Marc led strategic initiatives and successful product launches across nephrology, cardiovascular medicine, hematology, endocrinology, gastroenterology and rare disease.
