As of August 2024, Stephanie has moved from her role with RPI as its Founder and long-time Partner to Strategic Advisor.

Stephanie is an experienced evaluator, researcher, planner, project manager, facilitator, educator and writer who has worked with a vast array of clients in the public, academic and private sectors. She has the following credentials:

  • 25+ years of experience in planning, implementing and evaluating projects, and policy development and implementation
  • 30+ years of experience in the health care sector
  • Certified in Public Participation, Planning and Techniques from the International Association of Public Participation
  • Certified Prosci Change Management Professional
  • Master of Science in Community Health and Epidemiology, Dalhousie University
  • Bachelor of Science in Health Education, Dalhousie University
  • Diploma in Nursing, Ryerson Polytechnical Institute (now Toronto Metropolitan University)
  • Held senior level positions in the public health sector
  • Knowledge, skills and expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
  • Experienced and skilled facilitator and educator
  • Skilled in planning and conducting consultations and supporting change
