Liam Dunbar - Consultant

Liam is an experienced evaluator, researcher, writer, and facilitator. He has the following credentials:

• 7+ years of experience in facilitation, in academia and the private sector
• 3+ years of experience in designing and conducting evaluations and consultations
• Master of Arts in International Development and Global Studies, University of Ottawa
• Bachelor of Social Sciences, Honours International Development and Globalization, University of Ottawa
• Experience designing and conducting evaluations in multiple sectors, including education, health care, justice, and social services organizations
• Strong skills in qualitative data collection and analysis
• Experience engaging youth in evaluation, and in youth leadership development
• Strong verbal communication and writing skills
• Fluent in English and French, and has worked in bilingual environments

Liam believes in an iterative and collaborative approach to projects, with active engagement with clients and partners to ensure that the emphasis is on their priorities and what will help them to advance their work.
