Stephanie is an experienced researcher, evaluator and writer who has worked with a vast array of clients in the public, academic and private sectors to develop and implement evaluation strategies. Stephanie works in the areas of primary health care, public and population health, and secondary and tertiary care. She is recognized as a leader in evaluation, using innovative and participatory approaches to assist clients to develop and implement practical evaluation frameworks. Experienced in partnership development, Stephanie has earned a reputation for the development and implementation of facilitation processes used to build effective teams, manage change, strategic plan, and build consensus across multiple sectors and jurisdictions. Stephanie has applied her epidemiological background and skills, and extensive experience in health promotion and chronic disease prevention and management to develop tools and processes to assist clients to effectively use data for planning, and program and policy development. A skilled educator, Stephanie has developed and conducted workshops and learning opportunities in a number of areas including program planning and evaluation, health promotion, community health, and epidemiology. Stephanie has worked in the health care sector for many years and prior to launching Research Power Incorporated, Stephanie was a Co-Investigator and Research Director with a federally and provincially funded health promotion and disease prevention initiative at Dalhousie University. Stephanie is a Registered Nurse with a B.Sc. in Health Education and a Masters Degree in Community Health and Epidemiology.
