Claudine is an experienced project manager, researcher, trainer and facilitator. Claudine has developed and implemented processes to facilitate cultural and operational system level change in the health care and private sector arena. With significant experience in primary and tertiary health care, coupled with expertise in applying research to planning and practice, Claudine has worked extensively to enhance the continuum of health care delivery which includes practice plan development; capacity building of team members; utilization of data to inform care models; and facilitation of multi-stakeholder consultation. Experienced in partnership development and strategic planning, Claudine has developed a reputation for achieving optimal results through business plan development and execution, innovative thinking, consensus building, and recognition of common cross sector organizational objectives. Claudine has extensive experience in managing multi-million dollar projects in both the public and private sectors with a track record for meeting project deliverables on time and on budget. Claudine has also conducted significant training in developing clients' understanding of the evolving health care environment and application of evidence to inform strategic planning. Claudine has held management positions in the pharmaceutical sector which included medical communications, strategic partnership development, and sales. Claudine has a B.Sc. in Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Physiology and a Masters Degree in Community Health and Epidemiology.
